Christmas Day at the Bates House

After opening presents at our house, we went to Gadsden and had lunch at the Bates'.

Carson is already pooped from the morning and ready to eat so he can open up more presents!

In front of the tree with Nonna

Cailey enjoyed the clothes more than Carson did. He only liked it if it had Thomas the Tank on it. ~~~Cailey's hiding behind that Jacket somewhere!

More People!!! She got the Little People preschool.

Look at that Mess!!!~~~~~~Cailey with her lamb from MawMaw.

Newborn Cabbage Patch from her Aunt Jennifer & Uncle Buzz.

Helping Nonna open her presents.~~~Jennifer thought this purse was a hat at first!!

Dad opening his Cologne~~~~~Kevin with his Coffee gift bag of goodies!

Cailey giving Minnie her Present, a new Flippy.

Nonna opening her tin album that I made for her, full of pictures of Cailey.

Somebody is exhausted from the day...and there's more to come!!!

Christmas Morning - At our House

Cailey was so excited Christmas morning! She went on about Santa eating the cookies that her & Granny made the day before for Santa.

Emptying her Stocking. Notice her lips are making an "ooohhhh" face in the first picture. So funny! ~~~She got more pets for her littlest pet shop.

Taking a break to eat some chocolate from her stocking.

Cailey got a good bit of GeoTrax Trains. She really likes them! I think Richard may like them even better!

Little People Castle set. On a previous trip to ToysRUs, Cailey informed us that she wanted More People!!

Christmas Eve Night - Our Tree

Look it's Linus! One of our cats that people don't believe we have cause they are never seen!!

Christmas Eve - JESUS BANQUET

Our Church held it's first Jesus Banquet on Christmas Eve. I helped Serve and it was a great event!
Go to www.jesusbanquet.com to see pictures & Video. The video, webpage, & graphics (Including the one above) was all created by Richard. I'm in one of the photos on pg 6, 2nd picture on the 2nd row. I'm up against the side of the tent in mid clap with a Santa Hat on. All Servers wore Santa Hats.

Christmas Photo Shoot #2

Another Christmas Photo Shoot!

Christmas Portraits of Cailey & Carson

This is the first time we have gotten the kids pictures made together at a studio. We had tried last Halloween, but it didn't happen! We had these done at Sears before they went & saw Santa Clause together. They did good!

Cailey & Carson see Santa Clause

We took Cailey & Carson to see Santa Clause after they had their pictures done at Sears on Wednesday, Dec 13th. This was the first time we were able to successfully get their pictures done together. I will post those pictures soon!

Christmas Photo Shoot

I wanted to try to take some pictures that would be suitable for Christmas cards. My first attempt was not that successful. I got a few cute shots, but not really what I wanted. However, this first one might have to do. But I do plan to try again! Hopefully, I can get Christmas cards sent out BEFORE Christmas!!

The kitty cats like to get under the tree. Here's Cailey watching Aubie. Notice the ornament with a 2004 Christmas picture of Cailey. My how she's grown!

This music box that Cailey has in her lap plays music when you turn the knob. She's singing along. She just loves the lights & ornaments on the tree. Her job is to turn the tree on & off. Which is just a button you step on.

The Angel & Caroler were my PawPaw's. Enlarge the pic and see what's in the Carolers left hand. See what Cailey did with her finished sucker! Had to take a picture of this!

Christmas Party - Dec 9th

The Gals got together for a Christmas party at our house on the 9th. We had a great time. Played Dirty Santa & Christmas Trivia. Lots of good food. Thanks everyone for bringing something!! Some of the pictures I saved from Kyla's & Marieta's myspace pages! That's why they look familiar! =)

Group Shot from Left to Right starting on the couch:
Samantha (Elizabeth's Daughter), Emily, Kyla, Jeannie, Elizabeth, Me & Cailey, & Marieta

Cailey had to help everyone open their presents!

Marieta getting a kick out of taking back the present that was from herself!!

Emily, Kyla & Marieta~~~~~Kyla with the Snowman that Richard stole in Dirty Santa!

Just couldn't get a serious shot of Richard & Justin! Of course all Richard's fault!!
