Us & a Lion Cub

Simba & Nala



Here we are with a little lion cub, named Simba (of course). There was a little "zoo" at a shopping center in Anniston a few weeks ago. Admission was free, but we were happy to pay for a picture with the lion and to especially hold & pet her.

Cailey's new swing set

We got Cailey a swing set and set it up last weekend. Took us forever to get it put together, but Cailey loves it!!! Everyday it's "I wanna play on my swingset". She likes getting underneath the tower, sitting at the top with some toys and also likes to slide down with a baby doll. These pictures were taken last Saturday & Sunday (10th & 11th).

Feb 28th, Richards Birthday

Richard Turned 30!! I was really wanting to throw him a big party, but unfortunately that didn't happen. But hopefully he had a good birthday anyway. Cailey & I drew him a big Birthday welcome on the driveway for when he got home from work. We cooked a nice dinner (Steak, shrimp, ect) and had balloons & Carrot cake, his favorite.

Celebrating Richard's Birthday at FUJI

February 24th, we Celebrated Richard's 30th birthday with his family at Fuji Japanese Steakhouse. It's our favorite restaurant. It had been so long since we ate on the chef side, that I forgot how good it was. Cailey was a little Frightened at first when they lit the grill on fire cause it was soooo hot, but she watched intently while the chef did his thing. We usually eat just on the dining side since we mainly just order Sushi.
