We took Cailey to the Ringling Bros Circus in Birmingham Friday, Jan 25th. This was her first time to see it. She really enjoyed it and was mesmerized by all of the action. We went early enough to go to the preshow. That's where we were able to go on the floor and they had different things going on.
It was "Over the Top"!!
There was a lot going on, and lots of people at the preshow. She was a little afraid to get pictures with the clowns. The main clown in the circus was so funny during preshow. He went around with a pair of really big red headphones that weren't plugged into anything. He stuck the cord in a ladies purse that was beside us and started jamming out. It was so funny, especially when the lady turned around and he took off.
Kelly the Elephant painting a picture.
Enjoying the show with Daddy.

Snow Day - Jan 19th 2008
We actually got a little bit of snow today. Wish we got some more, but a little is better than nothing. Cailey was so excited this morning watching it snow and even more so when it started accumulating. This is her first time to actually get to play in snow that was on the ground.
Walking down the road. ~~Getting another taste.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Field near the house.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The snow White family.
Snowball fight!!!~~~I believe me & Richard had more fun than Cailey did throwing snowballs at each other!
Driving up Mt. Cheaha.
At the State Park at top where the lodge is. They had it closed so you could drive the loop. It was so busy with Jeeps and 4 WD vehicles! Much more snow at the top.
Scenic overlook.
When we got back down the snow had already melted in town. Didn't last long, but was fun while it lasted!!!
